The Wheelmoot's newly appointed ferry-warden at Siltmouth, given the thankless job of keeping the young Longwater ferry route open against the Silt Hands' quiet muscling.

Six months ago the Wheelmoot's elders decided the Silkstrand trade needed its own ferry rather than a hired boat, and Bressa got the wheel-seat for it: a stool on the Siltmouth dock, a schedule board, and a mandate nobody bothered to arm. She has kept the ferry running by being harder to intimidate than she looks, which is working less well now that the Silt Hands have started leaning on the crossing itself.
